13. Retention of Personal Information

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law, after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized.

14. Default Privacy Settings

Where a technological product or service is offered to the public, M.A.D. Extermination Inc. ensures that, by default, the privacy settings provide the highest level of confidentiality without any action required by the individual. This rule does not apply to the privacy settings of a cookie.

15. Decisions Based on Automated Processing

M.A.D. Extermination Inc. does not make decisions based exclusively on the automated processing of personal information. Should such a practice be introduced, the individual concerned will be informed of it no later than at the time of the decision and may, upon request, obtain the personal information used, the reasons and the principal factors leading to the decision, and have that information corrected.
