In 2025, three pest control professionals set out with one mission: serve Quebec with honesty, expertise, and accessibility. Mickaël Mercier, André Plourde, and Daniel Grégoire combined their 35+ years of experience to build a company that puts quality and respect first.
Today, M.A.D. Extermination still operates the way it always has: with all three owners on the front lines — on the phone and in the field.

After decades of selling pest control services — often through national chains where the client is just a number — Mickaël, André and Daniel decided: never again.
They launched M.A.D. Extermination to offer what the big companies can't: direct access to someone who truly knows the trade, who listens, and who can make a decision on the spot.
