Wildlife & rodent control — M.A.D. Extermination

Noises in the attic. A smell under the porch. Droppings you can't identify. A hole in the soffit that wasn't there yesterday.

Animals that move into your home cause damage — often invisible, often costly. And they don't leave on their own.

Humane capture, permanent exclusion, full restoration

Every species has different behaviour, entry points and risks. A raccoon is not a squirrel; a rat is not a mouse. At M.A.D., our three owner-technicians bring over 35 years of combined experience in capture and exclusion, and intervene personally.

Our process

  1. Inspection

Mapping of entry points, species identification and damage assessment.

  2. Capture or exclusion

Depending on situation: safe traps or one-way exclusion doors.

  3. Permanent sealing

Galvanized steel and welded mesh. The only materials that resist animals long-term.

  4. Restoration

Replacement of contaminated insulation, disinfection, repair of damage. All included.
